Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction.

At 168 Green Cabin, we are committed to providing our guests with high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund or other remedy may be offered.

1. Food Quality and Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your food, please notify our staff immediately while you are at the restaurant. We will gladly remake the item for you. To be eligible for a replacement, the unsatisfactory item must be mostly uneaten. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that have been substantially consumed.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item in your order (for both dine-in and takeaway), please alert us as soon as possible. We will correct the order by providing the right item at no additional charge. The incorrect item must be returned to our staff in its original, uneaten condition.

3. Online and Phone Orders

For takeaway or delivery orders placed online or via phone, please review your order carefully before confirming. If you discover an error after receiving your order, please contact us within one hour of receiving it. We will assess the situation and may offer a credit for a future order or a replacement item, depending on the circumstances.

4. No-Refund Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed and preparation has begun.
  • You disliked a dish but had consumed a significant portion of it.
  • The order was not collected at the scheduled time for takeaway.

5. How to Request a Resolution

To address any issues with your order, please speak directly with the manager on duty at the time of your visit. For issues with takeaway or delivery orders, please call us at our official contact number. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction in a timely manner.
